With experience spanning both the UK and Internationally, Dan has contributed to a wide range of projects including, commercial, retail, Industrial and data centres - supporting client teams in achieving resilient and sustainable outcomes.

His work primarily focusses on guiding projects through leading certification frameworks such as BREEAM and, WELL. Driven by a commitment to delivering insightful, practical solutions, Dan works to ensure that client needs are met while advancing sustainability across every stage of design and delivery.

In addition, Dan’s expertise as BREEAM In-Use assessor allows him to provide clients with targeted advice on improving the operational performance of existing assets, identifying practical opportunities to enhance sustainability credentials, reduce environmental impact, and add long-term value.
