Twin & Earth Supports the UK’s First BREEAM Outstanding Luxury Hotel at Grosvenor Square

Twin and Earth Ltd are proud to have supported the delivery of the UK’s first BREEAM Outstanding luxury hotel, a remarkable redevelopment at 30 Grosvenor Square, the former U.S. Embassy building. Designed by David Chipperfield Architects, the restoration celebrates Eero Saarinen’s legacy while reimagining space as The Chancery Rosewood - a world class destination of luxury rooms, dining, retail, and a grand 1,000 guest ballroom.

We’re even more delighted to share that the project has been awarded a BREEAM Innovation Credit for its initiative ‘Empowerment through Immersive Induction Rooms.’

Appointed as Sustainability Consultants at a very early Stage, Twin and Earth Ltd worked closely with the client, driving environmental responsibility, social value, and long-term economic benefit from the very outset.
